Heathrow and dom&nic bring back the holiday bears and tells their whole 50-year love story in “It’s a Wonderful Flight.”
Heathrow Airport had a surprise holiday hit last year with “Coming Home for Christmas,” a spot by Havas London that showed two elderly teddy bears landing, going through immigration, getting their baggage and more. This year, they expand on the story by telling the Bair’s entire 50-year love story. The through-the-years setup makes for a nice opportunity in terms of craft, and directors Dom&Nic and animators at The Mill make the most of it with period costuming and other historical touches.
